For the past five years, I've had the privilege of providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, focusing on their well-being and independence. I am a college graduate, and my experience includes hospice care, home health assistance, meal preparation, supporting individuals with dementia, and encouraging physical activity. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when caring for those with memory care needs. I am patient, calm, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. My approach to communication involves providing regular updates via text or phone call and written daily reports, always following the family's preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
