I have 10+ years of of experience in the childcare field, including but not limited to professional nannying and a position as a Teacher's Aide. I also have extensive experience with special needs as I was a caretaker for adults with autism for over 3 years. My passion is caring for others but I thrive and specialize in infant care.

Noelle was wonderful with our 9 month old. She is prompt, communicative, professional, and so sweet and patient with our daughter who was having a rough day. She was able to keep up with our normal routine, with feeding, playing, naps, etc. I also really appreciate that she spent time outside with her and never needed to turn on the TV. Incredibly detailed oriented and went above and beyond.

Noelle is absolutely wonderful! She is kind, trustworthy and thorough. She takes feedback well and is extremely coach-able. She never babysat my children but they were around her often LOVED her. Noelle is really great about putting things where they belong and she'll help with whatever is needed which I found was pretty rare. For example, she did our laundry and put the clothes away and did whatever dishes were in the sink. Her prices are very reasonable. Can't go wrong with Noelle. :)

Noelle is a loving and caring care giver.  She took care of my father while he was staying at a personal care home.

He loved her, and she loved him. She would read to him, feed him, change  him and make sure that he did not feel scared even as he suffers from a terminal illness and immobility.

She is strong physically and emotionally. My father is over 250 lbs and is paralyzed and has cognitive set backs from his ailment.

I would not hesitant to give Noelle my wholehearted recommendation.

Noelle is there when she says she will be there. Very detail oriented and spot on with all of her services. She has never failed to complete the task at hand and always leaves myself and my team satisfied with her work.

Noelle is easy to get along with and takes direction well. She cares about making those she works for happy with the job she has done. She is easy going and likes to have feedback about the job she has done so that she can do a better job if at all possible.

Noelle worked for me as a housekeeper for about a year. She works fast, takes direction well, always shows up when she says she will, and has a friendly and professional attitude. I recommend her to anyone looking for extra help. You can't do better!
