Noridalia worked for us for a couple years until we moved. During that time I looked forward to her coming because I knew the house would feel completely reset. She is so thorough with cleaning, more than anyone I've ever worked with. For example, she takes care to clean underneath things (not just around them) and makes sure to empty out the vacuum before she leaves. Her mother in law helps her and she is the kindest woman, that my children loved being around, and they would dust and set up my daughters stuffed animals with care every time. Noridalia is also communicative. I felt comfortable talking with her about my requests and she would always remember them from that point on. I preferred to use my own non toxic cleaning products since my kids have allergies and she always let me know if I was running low on a product or if she had any suggestions for types of towels etc. to get. I appreciated that she wanted to do a good job every time she came.

She did a wonderful deep clean when we moved into our house and we are having her come back to do regular cleanings. We really appreciate her attention to detail!

Norieda always does a wonderful job for us. She's always on time, friendly, and accommodating. They got the grout cleaner on my kitchen counter than I had ever seen it and I was amazed. I didn't know it was white. No one else ever bothered to try. She's the best. She often brings her mother who is very kind and sweet and any helpers she brings are as well. They're pretty fast because they work together which is nice because they do a very thorough job without taking too much time.
