We hired Norih for two hours to care for our 7-week-old, and we had a very positive experience. She arrived right on time and was extremely polite. She did a great job soothing the baby and promptly handled a diaper change. I especially appreciated that she seemed very open to feedback and specific directions. We would be happy to hire her again.
