About Norma

Norma has been an absolute blessing for me and my baby. After a rough postpartum period, I hired her part-time, and she immediately became the most loving, calm, and supportive presence in our lives. She has over 20 years of experience caring for infants as young as one month through children up to 10 years old, and even manages multiple siblings with ease. Norma is endlessly patient, attentive, and intuitive—she always seems to know exactly what my baby needs. Within a week, she had him sleep-trained and napping beautifully in his crib. She also caught a food allergy I hadn’t noticed and kept a careful, watchful eye on him at all times. Norma keeps my baby fully engaged with songs, play, conversation, and park walks. During nap times, she tidies up and even folds laundry, which makes the whole household run more smoothly. My baby lights up whenever she walks in the room—it’s clear how much he adores her. She’s also gentle and loving with our pets, which has been such a gift. On top of her incredible care, Norma is fluent in Spanish and speaks English, adding a wonderful bilingual dimension to our baby’s world. She truly treats children as if they were her own—with love, patience, and genuine care. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
