I am a Certified Home Health Aide, with CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide services such as errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
