About Norma

We were so fortunate to have Norma as our nanny for our daughter from the time she was 3 months old until 14 months. From the very beginning, Norma showed incredible patience, love, and attentiveness. She treated our daughter as if she were her own, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. Norma was wonderful at supporting our daughter’s development—engaging her with age-appropriate play, songs, and activities that kept her curious and happy. At our request, she even began teaching her simple Spanish words, which we loved, as it gave our daughter an early start in learning another language. She wasn’t only amazing with our baby, but also with our 9-year-old dog, Frankie. He adored her gentle, kind nature, and it was so heartwarming to see how much attention and affection she gave him, too. To this day, Frankie still misses her dearly! Norma was reliable, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure our family’s needs were met. What stood out the most was how genuinely connected she became with us. Our daughter absolutely adored her, and we will always be grateful for the strong foundation of love, learning, and care Norma helped build during those important early months. I highly recommend Norma to any family looking for a trustworthy, nurturing, and amazing caregiver. She is truly one of a kind!
