Norma was an outstanding caregiver to my mom who had Alzheimer’s. She was professional, kind, gentle, reliable and thought of ways to make my mom smile and have fun. I am the daughter and I had been trying to watch a movie with my mom for months and Norma was the only one that was able to get my mom to watch a movie that she loved. Norma and my mom enjoyed watching game shows together. She also would paint my mom‘s nails.. norma was also excellent with bathing my mom by making her feel comfortable and maintaining her dignity. Norma is very knowledgeable about end of life symptoms, the death and dying process and how to change bedbound patients and reposition them. I could not have made it through the last several months of my mom‘s life without her. She meant so much to my mom and I. She was always helpful in every way. If you are looking for a caregiver that loves your family member as much as she loves her own family, than Norma is the caregiver for you. A+++++ rating.
