Norma did a phenomenal job. Before her, our house was one of those situations where you knew it could be better, but neither of us really registered how badly it was needed. I made the analogy of someone getting a very good facelift (in the best way!!!) - EVERYTHING just looks BETTER. Truly, genuinely wonderful work! The house looks incredible. The shower looks phenomenal! The oven is SPOTLESS. AND THE BASEBOARDS!!!! They are clean again! Thrilled doesn't come close. She is incredibly responsive, professional, prompt, and pays such attention to detail. A pleasure to work with. We cannot wait to have her come back again!
