I hired to to help my parents with housekeeping work. She has made their home look like a model home. The refrigerator she cleaned completely, tossed old food and organized amazingly. She cleans the bathrooms and hangs the towels in there like you would see in a hotel. She wiped down and cleaned their outdoor patio.... I can go on and on. She does sheets, dusting, you name it. She's also super friendly and personable and is happy to do more than asked of her.

Such a thorough cleaner! Brought special tools for cleaning and her own supplies! Was super friendly and had great conversation and relatable! My house was spotless! And she is very well organized! You won't be disappointed!

I had a last minute Housekeeping need that I posted @ 10 o'clock at night for the next day; Norma responded that night and was at my home that next afternoon. She stayed in contact as to insure me that she was definitely coming.

Norma had a secure way of confirming her identity so I and my children would not feel worried that the person coming was not the right person. I was very impressed w/that. -& she wore a MASK the entire time for my family's safety.

As for the work she did, it was a small clean up, but OMG she was immaculate!!! She did a wonderful wonderful job on my Bathroom and my Floors; moved things and cleaned things, she unscrewed toilet seats to get in the cracks. It was the BEST CLEANING I have ever had. Norma did so much more then what I had requested.  

Norma is that person that enjoys what she does And does what she does because she cares -100%...

I will HIRE Norma again!!! As a matter-of-fact we have already discussed my next need...
