Norma (Gina) is absolutely wonderful! Any family who gets to work with her is beyond lucky! Gina came to work for us when my first daughter was 4 months old she was with our family for four years! She is the best nanny out there, attentive and able to care for children of all ages, when she left our family we had three kids that she was caring for! She is wonderful at showing them so much love, meeting them where they are, helping with developmental milestones and becoming a trusted figure in your whole family’s lives!
