Novelette is an extremely caring, loving and respectful human being that provided such great care and support to my Mother and Mother-in-law, Joan F, in her final days as she made her transition. She went above and beyond for our Mother, retained every little detail, didn’t miss a beat, and most importantly kept our Mother chipper even though she was enduring such pain in the end which eventually changed her overall demeanor. Novelette has a sense of humor on the job and is extremely competent – Joan enjoyed her actual presence and would ask for her constantly. In addition, Novelette provided such support to Joans family, as well.
