Nurturing young minds is my passion. I have over 8 years experience working in education, after school programming and nurseries. I have a bachelors degree from UNC in psychology and education. I am patient, compassionate, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular text updates. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing games, supporting with homework, and actively engaging young minds. I have a college degree and training in Early Childhood Education. I currently work in Head Start where I have been for the last 1. 5 years. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm comfortable caring for one-two children at a time. I can help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. Ultimately, I hope to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where your child can thrive, and I look forward to the possibility of joining your family.
