About Ofelia

Making a difference in the lives of others is my calling. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I find joy in assisting with daily living tasks, errands, light housekeeping, and providing transportation. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each individual's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports and by following their preferred method. With some college education and fluency in both English and Spanish, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional care. I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family, just as I would my own.
