Our family moved my in-laws closer to us so we can be there to help out. My father-in-law is frail due to lung issues and my mother-in-law has late stage dementia. She is mobile but needs constant attention. She cannot take care of herself at all. Olga's first day was trial by fire. Due to the move, and the timing, Olga was there to help my parents at the DMV! It was 4 hours of waiting and errors and endlessness. Olga came prepared with snacks and water. Olga is organized and active. She comes with meals prepared and activities to help my mother and relieve her anxiety. I dropped by to help with some cleaning and the laundry and it was done!
