My experience working with the elderly people is very extensive that I have developed over a long period of time. As a student in University in Warsaw I was working as a volunteer in nursing home which it helped me take care of patients with different medical problems. After that experience I started working with disable patient with muscular dystrophy. My duty was to get him up, bath, dress, feed him, assists with his cough machine which he used twice daily. My next patient had dementia. He was on hospital bed. My duty was to get him up, shower him, feed and change diapers. I find it very rewarding to work with people that I can help anyway and know that I have done something positive for them.
