About Olivia
I am a senior at the University of Rochester majoring in English: Theater with minors in Psychology and Digital Media Studies. I first started tutoring when I was about 12 years old and have been doing so ever since! I have experience with tutoring kids of various ages in all subjects. In 2018, I worked as a counselor/instructor at Camp Cayuga. I was assigned to live with our youngest girls-- ages 4-8, so I gained a lot of hands-on childcare experience from that. I taught classes in art, dance, improve, karate, newspaper, workout, yoga, etc. I was also the only counselor certified for academic tutoring, so I tutored all of the children registered for lessons. Additionally, I play 10 musical instruments, am an avid chef/baker (with professional experience cooking in a restaurant), am a very experienced thespian, have a deep love of literature and poetry, speak Spanish, and am an arts and crafts queen-- and I would love to share all of these passions with your child!
