About Olivia

Hi, my name is Olivia and I am a currently pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology at NSU! I am on the child, adolescent, and family psychology track with a special interest in improving institutional accessibility for, and self-efficacy among neurodivergent youth populations. I have a B. S. in neuroscience, a minor and studio art, and a pre-medical academic background. I have extensive experience working with children as a nanny, sports specialist, daycare assistant, counselor, and registered behavior technician. Through these roles I have gained extensive experience in providing academic support and instruction to kids ranging from 2-13 yrs old. I have 3 yrs of experience teaching and providing behavioral therapy to kids with special needs. Beyond my academic proficiency as both an instructor and student, my greatest strengths as a tutor include my creativity, open-mindedness, patience, respect for parental insight, and my belief that everyone is capable of learning! :)
