With a degree in occupational therapy and 10 years of experience in long term care, I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide verbal updates, communicate via text or phone, and follow your preferred communication method. I'm here to help with all aspects of care giving, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have current CPR and First Aid certificationsI find immense joy in knowing I've brought comfort and support to those I care for.
