About Olivia

Hello! I am a full time and credentialed elementary school teacher in the Bay Area and am looking to make some extra income on the side. I currently teach fifth grade, though I have experience also teaching fourth and second grades as well. I love teaching and I love supporting my students! This is my fourth year in the classroom and I have experience teaching students in groups of 30+, small groups, and one on one in my classroom. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind, and supportive. I'm looking for a job that fulfills my desire to help students (and families!) unlock their truest potential and find their confidence in the academic world and beyond! My skills include reading support, elementary math, and social/emotional skills. In my spare time, I like to read, travel, paint, hike, and try new restaurants! One thing you should know about me is I am very honest and communicative! I always strive to do what is best for my students.
