Olivia was scheduled to start nannying for our two boys. She told us she had given notice at her current job and repeatedly confirmed her start date and how much she was looking forward to starting. We drafted and finalized a contract together and When we asked for information needed for payroll, she stopped responding altogether, ignoring calls and texts, and we never heard from her again. We were forced to scramble to find a replacement on short notice. Extremely unprofessional. If she changed her mind, she should have had the decency to communicate that directly. If anyone from Care.com needs to approve this review please reach out to me I will be more than happy to send over the call logs and text message history.
