About Opal

Hi! My name is Opal. I am a loving child care professional with over 25 years of experience. I have worked as a substitute teacher in the school system, worked in daycare centers, family child care homes, as well as an in-home nanny for so many great families. I provide the type of care that I would want for my children, and that they deserve. I give them encouragement and guidance as they discover the wonderful world around them. I completed training to become a registered behavioral technician (RBT), have an Early Childhood Education Associate, an Associate in Arts, Child Care Credentials 1 & 2, a Basic Child Care Certificate, an Infant & Toddler Certificate, a Child Care Administration Certificate, CPR and first aid, SIDS training, a TB shot, physical examination, and recent background check. I am also a certified Massage Therapist. I provide a portfolio documenting my experience, education, training and references. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to meet your family!
