Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, ensuring their well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation, especially with memory care needs. I provide transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia and hospice support. I'm also trained in CPR. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Connecting with people and helping them live their best lives is more than a job; it's my calling.
