About Paige

Hi! My name is Paige, and I'm a responsible, calm, and attentive caregiver who values creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. I'm naturally patient, reliable, and organized, and I take pride in being someone families can fully trust and depend on. I have experience working with children in both structured and one-on-one settings. I previously worked at Earthplace in Westport CT, supporting preschool and elementary-aged children in their afterschool programs. I helped maintain routines, supervised group activities, and created a positive, supportive environment centered around learning, creativity, and outdoor time. I've also provided informal childcare for families, helping with meals, play, and daily structure. I communicate clearly and professionally with parents and am very respectful of household routines and values. I love all animals- especially dogs- and am very comfortable in homes with pets.
