About Pardis

I began working with children at the age of 21, and over the past six years this work has grown from a job into a true passion. I have hands-on experience caring for children of various ages and developmental needs, including typically developing children and children on the autism spectrum. These experiences have strengthened my patience, empathy, adaptability, and ability to provide individualized care. I believe working with children is about connection, not just supervision. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged. I take time to understand each child's personality and needs to support their emotional, social, and cognitive development. I am compassionate, patient, and attentive. Children respond well to my calm energy, and I bring creativity and enthusiasm to daily routines while always prioritizing safety, trust, and open communication with families.
