I have been a caregiver and sitter for 15. 5 years. I am now working as a sitter with light house work and some meal preparation. I enjoy helping people and making their quality of life better. After my parent's lengthy illness, I know how important it is for our loved ones to be given the highest quality of care. I have worked as a sitter and Personal Caregiver Associate (PCA) also experienced with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients in different facilities and in their home. I love giving individualized care to my clients it enables me to build a relationship with them and their families.

Patricia cared for my father as he was undergoing rehab.  She was our only means of communicating with our Father who has difficulty hearing on the phone.  Being so far away from NC I had no worries when Pat was with my Dad at the rehab facility.  She ensured he continued his treatment, encouraged him to eat more and listened to his stories.  She kept the lines of communication open and helped put our family at ease when we could not be with Dad.  I would highly recommend Pat, her caring nature and reliability saved me many sleepless nights.   Now that Dad is doing much better and we did not need her services this week, she still said she would stop by just to see how he was doing.  So Thankful !!!

I have the pleasure of calling Patricia a fellow team member. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant at a CCRC where Patricia is the companion for a resident on our long-term care unit. She is compassionate, attentive, caring, professional and always pleasant. I have observed Patricia sitting with her and reading to her, providing beauty care including blow drying & using a curling iron to & painting her nails, assisting her during activities as well as spend quiet time together. It has been wonderful working with Pat the past few months.  Now that my parents aren't driving, Pat helps them with their errands and going to doctors appointments. She is a warm, dependable companion for them. I highly recommend her.

My mother was diagnosed with chest cancer in Nov. 2009.  Pat was a blessing.  I asked her to come in and care for my mother while I worked.  She assisted my mother until her death in March 2010.  Pat cared for her and assisted her with everything she needed.  During this trying time, she was always on time and went out of her way to accommodate us with our schedules with doctors appointments and Chemo treatments.  I really don't know how I could have cared for my mother without her, without closing my business.
