I spent the past several years as a 24/7 caregiver to my parents, both had Alzheimer's, my dad also had Parkinson's, CHF, COPD, and other comorbidities. They have passed and I no longer wish to return to the business world because I find more fulfillment in caregiving. My experience with Alzheimer's includes dealing with sundowning and aggressive behavior. I am comfortable with companion care, light meals and housekeeping, toileting, incontinence care, bathing/showering, transportation/errands. I am looking for part time hours close to my hometown of Navarre. I am available for regular work and also available to fill in on an as-needed basis between the hours of 10am-6 p.m. most days except for Saturdays. I am also willing to transport and attend with your loved one to the church of their choice on Sunday's so long as it is not too early. My rate will vary depending on what is required and distance, as well if acting as a 1099 contractor or a W-2 employee. 3 hour daily minimum.
