I am experienced in respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice services, errands, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, dementia care, and medical management. Patricia went above and beyond from the very beginning—even before she was available, she took time to guide me through what to expect as a first-time caregiver. When she followed up weeks later, I still needed help, and she delivered! Patricia and her team were professional, compassionate, and family-oriented. Patricia represented that she and her associates could assist in carrying for our 94 year old bed bound Dad. She only worked 1.5 days. The person she brought in to assist was not knowledgeable at all, could not read and follow simple instructions. I felt this was a bait and switch. Then on the 4th day, did not show up and never came back.  These ladies misrepresented their skills! And to leave us with no help with a couple of hours notice was very unprofessional 

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and compassion Patricia showed to my grandmother and our entire family. From the beginning, she was not only professional and dependable, but also incredibly kind, patient and attentive. She treated my grandmother with dignity and respect, and over time, became like a member of our family.

I hired Patricia to care for my Mom for a few weeks after she had surgery.  Patricia came in and knew exactly what to do and went the extra mile on all she did.
