I have many years of experience caring for elders. For the past 13 years, I have been a licensed acupuncturist. I have provided a lot of geriatric care. I have patiently and persistently helped elders regain mobility and cognition. I well understand the delicate balance of respecting their limitations while encouraging them to gently push their own limits so they can maintain, and even regain, some autonomy, independence, and dignity. I deeply respect elders, and have learned a lot from them. I enjoy listening to them share their life experiences. I am constantly learning how to age well. have also worked with older adults as a personal trainer. Before getting into the health & wellness profession, I grew up in a big family. I gained a lot of experience caring for elders, children, and animals .
