Paula is a very kind and a skilled caregiver who provided companionship and hands-on assistance for my mother-in-law with advanced Alzheimer's disease. She worked from 4 to 8 hours per day in our home for three weeks. She has a lot of patience and compassion, and knows how to support people with dementia. She was proactive with my MIL, gaining her trust and getting her out on walks and short trips to lunch, shopping, etc. She seemed to have endless patience when providing hands-on showering, bathing, and toileting assistance. I would hire Paula again in heart beat if we have a need for senior care again.
