Paulette and her colleagues were able to support my aging mother for about six weeks during a time when we had last-minute scheduling needs. They were very reliable with scheduling and utilized their experience and expertise to improve our mother‘s care plan. They gave us questions to ask healthcare providers. They went above and beyond what we were initially expecting and asking, in terms of maintaining health and well-being.
