About Paulina

I'd describe my personality as fun, creative, and empathic! I like working with kids because they're just super fun. I am a program leader at a school and have experience watching and tutoring 20 kids at a time! Theyre just so active and even the shy kids are so sweet when they open up. I'm very passionate in art, acting and music. I like going out, trying new foods, trying new things. One thing you should know about me is I tend to be spontaneous! I like to randomly do fun things and can entertain children when they're bored. I can make learning fun and am able to do house chores and teach children to take initiative in helping out! I understand they can become frustrated when forced but planting as seed with the right type of motivation and constructive praise and redirection goes a long way!
