I am a certified nursing assistant , I have had the pleasure of caring for as well as building long standing relationships with seniors and their families for over 25 years. I have served two generations in more than one family and have kept in contact even though their love ones have passed on. I love what I do and I'm good at it because it's my passion , it's about taking care of people's needs as individual while maintaining their dignity and quality of life with respectful , compassionate service to patient and family.

Pauline took care of my elderly mother. She was very knowledgeable which helped  me a lot as my mother grew sicker. Pauline cared about my mother and made sure all of her needs were met. I highly recommend Pauline. 

Pauline saved our lives!! For almost 2 years, she took excessively good care of my mother, with great love & attention to detail.  She is extremely experienced,  and was able to help anticipate mom's needs as she declined, and explained to us what was happening when we couldn't understand why mom was failing.  I was in the house with her & can assure you that she is 1000% trustworthy & responsible.  I consider her a part of our family. 

Pauline is a great asset. I hired her to look after my brother while away on two separate occasions. She was very punctual,  caring and a great cook. She also helped with cleaning the house and recommended some programs that could assist my brother with his condition. I will always hire her when the need arises.

I interviewed and recommended that my family hire Pauline to help provide care for my mother who has advanced stage dementia.  As a hospice case manager I am used to having difficult patients so when I say my mom can be challenging to work with, it should provide you with a little context.  Pauline is very kind and compassionate and provides top notch care.  She will do what is asked to be done but also goes above and beyond and does things around the house to just help out even though it is not required/in her job description.  It is my hope and desire that Pauline will continue to stay on to help provide care for my mom until the time that she passes.  Pauline has been a true blessing to our family.

Pauline is wonderful, professional and caring. She was a huge help to my parents. 

Pauline has a very giving and supportive spirit. She is very detailed and punctuality is key with her. She provided care both my mother, and mother in law as well as myself. She is trustworthy and dependable.
