About Payton

As a childcare professional, I am always actively finding ways to support children and their families. I have worked professionally with children for 7 years as a teacher and running a large childcare center in the greater Seattle area! Nurturing young minds is my passion. I am comfortable caring up to 4 children at a time and with seven years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 5. I bring a confident, warm and creative approach to childcare. I enjoy curating personalized and engaging activities to support development. I understand the value of getting to know the child in my care and the responsibility in my time with them. I have a college degree in ECE, hold valid certifications and am pursuing ongoing education in the field. English is my first language but I am proficient in Spanish, as well. I am excited to support you and make a positive impact on your children's lives. I look forward to the possibility of bringing my experience to your family!
