About Payton

Hi! My name is Payton and I am 23 years old. I have 5+ years of childcare experience, including 1 year working as a special education paraeducator, where I supported children with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. I have experience caring for children ages 4 and up and enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for kids. I love planning activities such as crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and helping with homework when needed. I am patient, reliable, and enjoy building strong connections with the children and families I work with. I am comfortable with light meal prep, tidying up after activities, and maintaining routines to help the day run smoothly. My goal is always to make sure kids feel supported, have fun, and stay active while in my care. I am currently looking for summer nanny opportunities or occasional babysitting in the Mankato area.
