I'm the mother of an 20-year-old college student, and I've been teaching kids from an age range of 1~18 since 2008! I have taught and cared for children from many different schools and programs in the community. My position as a nanny is to ensure your child(ren)'s needs and safety. A role as a Family Educator would include teaching your child(ren) and building up life skills. I hope I can work with yours too!

We had Candy help us with our two kids (2 and a newborn). She was really wonderful with both! She's also an exceptional cook and made really healthy, nutritious and delicious meals for all of us. We are so grateful to have found her. 

Candy has been our FT nanny for my 2 yr old daughter for a year now and we are just so grateful to have her.

She has the rare combination of being a loving caretaker and knowledgeable educator. You can tell how much she truly loves being around children and encouraging them to grow & learn. My daughter has flourished with her. Candy is always talking and engaging with her. She also sets up thoughtful play and learning activities. 

She helps our family so much in general and we trust her 100%. 

Candy is very professional and serious about offering care for babies. She took care of our 3 month old baby on short notice and I was beyond satisfied with her service. Highly recommend!

Pei came over to watch my 2-year-old son, and he took to her immediately as they played together. She also helped him eat dinner, and I heard him having a lot of fun and laughing. She enabled him to fall asleep without me. She spoke Chinese and English with my son, which he loved as he understands both languages.

My kids, 2 and 5 years old, instantly took to her when they first met Miss Candy. She's very warm and playful with children.  She picked up their routines seamlessly.  My daughter asked me if she could come again the next day.  I highly recommend her!

We hired Candy while our usual nanny was out on maternity leave the past several months. Candy has over 15 years of experience being an educator (early childhood educator, teacher, and teacher's assistant). She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, has a clean and safe driving record, and always prioritizes the children's safety and wellness. She helped us care for 2 children (2 years, 5 years) and she has experience with taking care of younger children as well. What has set her apart from other nannies we've had is her ability to teach our youngest child Mandarin and her attention to detail in developing his speech, fine motor and gross motor skills, and socialization skills. It's really evident that she has had years of experience in working in enrichment centers and schools. Overall, you won't regret hiring Candy. She's an amazing child caregiver, very loving, and very patient!

Miss Candy taught my daughters for their after school program for many years.  She helped teach them how to speak Mandarin and write characters.  The amount of Mandarin they learned was amazing considering we are not a Mandarin speaking family.  She finds ways to make them learn that is fun and sticks.  She was patient and treated them as though they were her own kids which I think is so important. Miss Candy is an exceptional caregiver and teacher and I am lucky that we found her program.  She is not just a babysitter she is an educator and it shows with her dedication and how much the kids respond to her.  My kids still miss her and we are so grateful for the foundation that she has given them.
