My passion stems from a deep desire to support adults' and seniors' independence and well-being, building on positive experiences I've had in previous roles. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care, hospice services, errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is essential to me. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I have some college education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
