As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With experience working daily with kiddos aged 6 weeks to 3 years at the HeadStart program, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My background includes a college degree, Infant Child and Adult CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and coursework in early child development, equipping me with knowledge and skills to support children's holistic development. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with them and their families. I believe in open communication and keeping parents regularly updated about their child's day and any concerns that may arise. I follow the preferred communication method of each family to ensure their needs are met. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am comfortable and consistent in my approach.
