Pilar is a very experienced, knowledgeable, and thoughtful caregiver. She cares not only about keeping children safe, but also about helping them to develop and grow mentally and physically. And, she has a natural connection with children. She watched my 9 month-old son for a couple of days while I was working from home, and I was so impressed by the energy and warmth of her interactions with him. She took him on walks, she read him stories, she made him laugh! My son can be a bit demanding, and she was definitely up to the task. I am a first-time mom and leaving my baby in the care of someone I hardly know is scary. But Pilar was so patient and loving, it put me at ease.
