WOW! What a lifesaver. While on family vacation for a bit of respite, the caregiver we hired did not work out and Mrs. Pennie came to our rescue, last minute and helps us for 4 days (~41 hours). She took excellent care of my father in law and was professional and kind/relatable. After hiring many caregivers in the past, this is the first positive review I have given. She followed instructions, clarified any questions she had and communicated throughout the week. If we are visiting the Houston/Galveston area again with my dad, we will be reaching out to her for help!
