I bring over 19 years of experience serving families through both hands-on care and detail-oriented administrative support. I am a creative, adaptable, and client-focused self-starter with a wide range of skills, including advocacy, medication administration and reminders, verbal cues, bathing and personal care, companionship, schedule management and daily reminders, as well as 1:1 transfers using a gait belt or Hoyer lift. My experience also includes supporting individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's, encouraging daily activities, providing advocacy during appointments, and offering consistent companionship. I have a true passion for serving others, and my natural ability to remain attentive and anticipate needs before they arise sets me apart. This commitment to care allows me to provide not only professional support but also the warmth and reassurance families seek for their loved ones.
