Precious cared for our twin boys from October 2021 through to May 2022, from around 17 months old until they turned two. She worked full-time in our home (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm). During that time, Precious supported us with day-to-day care including preparing meals for the boys (and often helping with dinner prep), keeping their spaces tidy and organised, and planning simple, age-appropriate activities. She would take them out for walks and playground visits, engage them in sensory play, and occasionally joined me at music and gym classes when an extra pair of hands was helpful. She also shared regular photo updates, which we always appreciated. Our boys were comfortable with Precious and enjoyed their time with her, which was important to us. She maintained a calm presence in the home and kept things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Our arrangement came to an end when the boys transitioned into a private preschool. We wish Precious all the best in her future roles.
