About Rachael

Hello! My name is Rachael, and I'm looking to become a nanny/family assistant in the Columbia and Spring Hill, TN area. I absolutely love working with children of all ages, and I strive to create a safe, joyful, and encouraging environment where kids can learn, grow, and simply be kids. Raised as one of 10 children, I'm no stranger to busy households--lots of energy, noise, and personalities don't overwhelm me. I value teaching children important life qualities such as respect, kindness, patience, and responsibility, and I enjoy helping them learn through play, exploration, and real-world experiences. Some of my favorite things to share with kids include cooking, crafts, outdoor activities, and creative, hands-on learning. My faith is important to me, and I try to model love, integrity, and compassion in everything I do.
