Bringing joy and comfort to seniors is my calling. For over a decade, I've worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, driven by a passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults. I strive to make a positive impact on their lives, while also supporting families by providing reliable care. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written reports and verbal updates. Knowing I can bring a little sunshine into someone's day makes this work so rewarding.
