Hi! I'm Rachael. I'm 27 and live in the Marina. I found my passion for working with kids when I was 13 years old and became a mothers helper. From there, I've worked at different schools, internships at speech clinics, and eventually earned my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I've also worked for several ABA clinics supporting children with disabilities, and I'm very comfortable with positive behavior strategies. I am experienced working with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. What matters most to me is connecting with your child, using positive reinforcement (like praise, attention, and play), and creating a comfortable, safe space for them. When I'm with your child, you can leave and genuinely not worry. I come prepared with high energy and hands-on activities. 99% of the time, they're having so much fun that they forget to check the door :)
