About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel Avalos, I have a year and a half of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I am BLS certified and currently completing my CNA certification while preparing for state exams. My interest in caregiving began while working in an assisted living facility, where I built meaningful connections with residents and saw the importance of kindness in care. That experience inspired me to become a caregiver who not only meets needs but also brings empathy and respect to every interaction. I have experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bed baths, personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate with a wide range of clients and families.
