About Rachel

I like working with kids because I spent 20 years running an in-home childcare while I raised my 3 kids and I miss it. My youngest is a senior in high school so I have many year experience and absolutely love interacting with kids, teaching kids, playing with kids, and being the support they need while mom and dad are either working or taking some time for themselves. I'm looking for a job that I can cook and clean once the kids are in bed but spend the hours they are awake playing, doing homework, bedtime routines and whatever parents are wanting. I am a believer in structure so whatever parents ask for I will provide. I started working with kids when I was in middle school I began babysitting the neighborhood kids and continued to do that through high school. I was a nanny through college and grad school and once I graduated I married my high school sweetheart and we had 3 kids and I did in home childcare w/them. My skills include compassion, creativity, and patience beyond belief!
