About Rachel

Nurturing children and supporting families comes naturally for me. With 10 (at least) years of paid experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 and at least 30 years more when you consider watching nieces and nephews as well as my boys. I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to every interaction. I am a mom of two sweet and fun boys, ages almost 5 and 21 months. I hold both an MBA and Masters in Teaching (taught 5th grade). I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I enjoy engaging children through anything outdoors (sports, bikes, etc), games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to 4 kids and happy to help with cooking/meal preparation, as well as swimming supervision. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day. Ultimately, I want to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your children can thrive, and I look forward to discussing how I can support your family in my home!
