About Rachel
I have always been passionate about learning and teaching is a skill that comes naturally to me! In school I excelled in English, Spanish, social sciences, history, math, and science. I am competent in many other studies as well. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Multicultural Women's and Gender Studies from the Texas Woman's University (Denton, TX, 2021). I volunteered through Communities in Schools from 2019 to 2022 helping middle school aged kids with coursework and social skills. I really enjoy working one-on-one with young students to boost their confidence in a subject that may not come as easily to them as other subjects.
