About Rachel

Becoming a caregiver stemmed from the joy I found in previous caretaking roles. I believe in supporting families by offering dependable childcare, and I understand the importance of making children feel seen and heard. With a decade of experience caring for children aged newborn to 13, I bring a patient, calm, friendly, and understanding approach to my work. I have a college degree and certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing legos, puzzles , and educational games with children, always following their lead and interests. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls, always adhering to their preferred method. I also follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules.
